About the Exhibit

Women Suffrage: Goucher College Celebrates 100 Years of Women’s Suffrage, 1920-2020 was originally designed as an in-person exhibition but had to shift to a virtual exhibition due to COVID-19 closing the doors of Goucher College for a year. The web exhibit examines the role of Goucher faculty, administration, staff, and students in the battle for women’s suffrage in the United States. For more information on the suffrage movement in general and abroad, please visit our Suffrage History part of the website that provides links to various online resources. Thank you to Education Archivist Debbie Harner who curated the exhibition and Uyen Nguyen ’22 who designed the website.
