I hadn’t taken meditation seriously before this class but it couldn’t have had better timing. It’s been extremely helpful when I’m stressed from work or just need to sort through personal issues. Taking the time to meditate has made me more rational and flexible when responding to global issues. I find that I’m more understanding of others and myself. 9.5/10 would recommend. [Thumbs Up]

Meditation and mindfulness have been really calming and eye-opening for me. Since I’ve started meditating I’ve felt a lot better about myself and learned new ways of thinking that have helped me to sleep better and be less anxious. It’s also helped me focus and be more aware of my thoughts and feelings.

I never realized how important meditation was to being peaceful until this class. Now when I feel stressed out I meditate because it relaxes me physically and mentally. I’m also so happy I can now promote meditation with factual information.
