Through meditation and being mindful, students can increase their concentration and productivity. It\u2019s time that more college students are familiarized with the positive effects that mindfulness bring to its <span style=\"color: #ff0000\">practitioners<\/span>. Time management and high levels of stress are a common challenges most college students face. Mindfulness and meditation have been proven to reduce stress. Not only will mindfulness benefit individual students, but it will help make Goucher\u2019s campus one that is much more alive and alert.
