It&#8217;s been extremely helpful when I&#8217;m stressed from work or just need to sort through personal issues. Taking the time to meditate has made me more rational and flexible when responding to global issues. I find that I&#8217;m more understanding of others and myself. 9.5\/10 would recommend. Since I&#8217;ve started meditating I&#8217;ve felt a lot better about myself and learned new ways of thinking that have helped me to sleep better and be less anxious. It&#8217;s also helped me focus and be more aware of my thoughts and feelings.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right\">-Niav<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">I never realized how important meditation was to being peaceful until this class. Now when I feel stressed out I meditate because it relaxes me physically and mentally.
