{"id":3981,"date":"2026-02-11T17:05:10","date_gmt":"2026-02-11T22:05:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.goucher.edu\/knowledgebase\/?p=3981"},"modified":"2026-02-16T12:56:17","modified_gmt":"2026-02-16T17:56:17","slug":"department-group-faxing","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.goucher.edu\/knowledgebase\/2026\/02\/11\/department-group-faxing\/","title":{"rendered":"Department Group Faxing"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Departmental group faxing can be done and managed using our <strong>8X8 Work <\/strong>Voice Over IP (VOIP) service provider\u2019s browser application. <strong>Only staff included in a department fax group may fax using the 8&#215;8 Work website application.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Send a fax<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Log in to <a href=\"https:\/\/sso.8x8.com\/v2\/login\"><strong>Work.8X8.com<\/strong><\/a> using the department fax group username and password.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>From the left navigation, click the Fax icon<\/li>\n<li>Complete the fax coversheet, then drag and drop files onto the fax coversheet or browse to attach files<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Passwords have been created for each department fax group. If you don\u2019t know the password check with a colleague.
