Cara Ellen Modisett

Cara Ellen Modisett’s essay “On Mill Mountain” will appear in Volume 16 of Pine Mountain Sand & Gravel, the journal of the Southern Appalachian Writers Cooperative. She’ll be teaching a workshop, “The Rebellious Essay,” at the Roanoke Regional Writers Conference in January. Modisett is a 2012 graduate of Goucher’s MFA in Creative Nonfiction program.
