A collection of short stories by Associate Professor Kathy Flann, Get a Grip, has won the George Garrett Award and is forthcoming from Texas Review Press in October.
There will be a book launch at Atomic Books in Baltimore on Thursday, October 22, at 7 p.m. In addition, she’ll be reading in the “Starts Here” series at Artifact Coffee on Monday, October 26, at 7 p.m.
The book will be covered in Baltimore Magazine and Baltimore Style.
