Todd South

Todd South, a 2013 graduate of Goucher’s MFA in creative nonfiction program, was named a Pulitzer Prize finalist in local reporting for a series that appeared in the Chattanooga Times Free Press. The committee recognized him “for using an array of journalistic tools to explore the ‘no-snitch’ culture that helps perpetuate a cycle of violence in one of the most dangerous cities in the South.” His work appeared in part two of the series called “Speak No Evil.”
