Goucher’s men’s basketball team will take on the United States Merchant Marines in the annual fundraiser for Damon Brooks, held this year on Saturday, December 7, at 5 p.m. in the Decker Sports & Recreation Center.

Brooks is a Goucher student who was injured in an accident on campus in April 2012. Proceeds from ticket sales and from a silent auction during the game will help to provide funds for Damon’s health care, rehabilitation, and other critical needs. Additionally, attendees are encouraged to make a donation at Help, Hope, Live (http://www.helphopelive.org/), a safe third-party fundraising site.
