Allyson Zacharoff

Allyson Zacharoff is very excited to spend her second year as the Rabbinic Intern at Goucher Hillel. Allyson is a current rabbinical student at the Reconstructionist Rabbinical College outside Philadelphia. She is originally from Long Island, New York, but has moved a lot over the years to follow her passion of learning about different religions and bringing people together so that we can all grow in understanding and respect. Her path has taken her to Virginia, Florence, Cardiff, Rome, New York City, Jerusalem, Hartford, and Philadelphia…so far. In non-pandemic times, Allyson spends her free time ellipticalling, watching movies, seeing friends, traveling, and daydreaming.

This year, Allyson will virtually co-lead Goucher High Holiday services, guide students participating in the Jewish Learning Fellowship, help plan and lead Shabbat activities, and offer support to students through check-ins and pastoral care sessions.
