Advertising Your Event
To advertise an event, please email the title of your event and the date at which you want it advertised to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include any infographics, pictures, and additional information you want advertised. If the goals and values of your event are aligned with the mission of GSG, we will confirm its acceptance following our next meeting and we will advertise your event over email and on our website.
Please submit your event well in advance (at least 2 weeks) so that we can discuss it during our weekly meetings. Failure to do so does not guarantee denial of your event, it simply means that we may not be able to discuss it in person and its acceptance may be slowed.
If you have not already done so, consider submitting your event to the Office of Student Engagement (email@example.com) in addition to GSG – they will gladly advertise infographics and have much broader standards of acceptance.
