We encourage you to consider reading portfolios with us, as this is a valuable opportunity to see writing across the spectrum at Goucher. It’s a good norming exercise, in terms of teaching writing. And it’s a good bonding exercise for faculty! The time commitment can vary. Every portfolio is independently read by two reviewers. We then gather to discuss all the portfolios and our recommendations to those students who did not earn CWP (allow about a ½ day).
