Director of Exhibitions, Laura Amussen, will use sculpture, installation, photography, drawing, video, and performance for her first solo exhibition in seven years, AFLOAT, at the Creative Alliance in Baltimore. Her artwork gives physical expression to what it means to carry mental, emotional, and spiritual baggage. Gallery hours are Tuesday to Saturday, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., from Saturday, October 12, to Saturday, November 23. The opening reception is Saturday, October 12, at 5:30 p.m.
