Build relationships and connect your peers to Jewish life—on their terms.
Discover and deepen who you are—as a Jew, a human being, a leader, and more.
Apply here; applications are due Sunday, September 15.
Each Engagement Intern is responsible for managing relationships with ten Jewish students who are not actively involved in Jewish life and connecting them with Jewishly enriching experiences. Through deep conversations and exposure to a wealth of Jewish ideas and experiences, Engagement Interns will empower the people in their social circles to take long-term ownership of their Jewish journeys.
Interns will receive a stipend of $500 for the year, up to $100 to advance their own Jewish growth, and a budget of $300 for engaging their peers in Jewish life in an authentic, comfortable, and open way.
This internship requires approximately 5 hours a week. Hours include a weekly supervision meeting and are otherwise flexible.
Up to 10 interns will be hired for 2013-2014.
