Where, or where, could you possibly find in one location a place where you can learn about environmental sustainability, the global ecosystem AND buy delicious fruits or healthy vegetables? Shangri-La? The Garden of Eden? Valhalla? Ha! Try the Alumnae/i House courtyard on Friday, September 28th from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., when Goucher is proud to host its first Farmers’ Market. Not only will there be local venders and farmers set up to sell their goods, there will also be an environmental resource fair in Pearlstone Atrium. Participants will include Campus Agriculture Co-op, Earthworks, Goucher Climate Action Group, Facilities Management Services, Bon Appétit, the Office of the President, and outside vendors. For more information about the day’s events, click here. Hope to see you at the market!
