Esquire aficionados may already have heard the news, but Goucher’s own Madison Smartt Bell was recently part of a national writing project called, as you might have guessed, “The Napkin Fiction Project.” Esquire mailed 250 napkins to writers all over the country and left the rest to their imaginations.
