Rape Aggression Defense Systems (R.A.D.) is a national network of self-defense classes endorsed by the International Association of College Law Enforcement Agencies and geared specifically towards women. The R.A.D. philosophy is that self defense should be easy to learn, easy to retain, and relatively easy to employ during real confrontational situations.
