Group projects. Club events. These situations can be fun and exciting, but more often than not opinions and personalities within the group collide, making the process of getting a task done frustrating. This workshop, the first of the spring Leadership Institute Workshops, run by Dan Tillapaugh, will help you learn how to approach difficult people and challenging work environments. It will also help you understand how you interact with others, and how that can affect your group dynamics. Akin to the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, this workshop will help you realize what type of leader you are and how to deal with others successfully. Located in the Pearlstone Student Conference Room (aka the Fishbowl) near the SGA and SAO offices, this workshop is open to all students. Light refreshments will be provided!
